How it goes

Three steps, and you choose when the third one happens.

1
You tell us

Tell us which site it is and where it lives now. If anything is unclear we ask before we touch anything.

2
We copy it and check it

The site is copied onto our hosting and checked on a temporary address. Your current site keeps serving throughout.

3
You decide when it goes live

Once you have looked at it and are happy, we point the domain over. Nothing changes for your visitors until then.

What we need from you
  • Access to your current hosting, or a backup of the site and its database.
  • The domain name, and where you manage it: here or elsewhere.
  • A time for the switch, if some hours suit you better than others.

If one of these is missing, write to us and we will work out how to do it.

What it costs

The migration is free when you order hosting here. You pay for the hosting and nothing else.
